Rebecca Elliott PortraitData Analyst: Rebecca joined PCL in the summer of 2021. She joined the team as a System Administrator in Sage to provide additional support for Continuum of Care and ESG recipients reporting. She is also the lead PCL staff for the HMIS Data Technical Assistance for the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP). This work includes the development of improved analytics on program performance, direct assistance and support for individual YHDP recipient communities, and group trainings.

Rebecca has worked in higher education for nearly a decade, focusing on issues of student success, equity, and high-impact practices. Rebecca’s research interest include policymaking, success initiatives, and equity. Rebecca joined PCL after working at the University of Cincinnati for over six years where she coordinated the 1 to 1 peer tutoring program in the Learning Commons. She is a Ph.D. candidate at UC in the Educational Studies program, with a concentration in Educational Policy and Higher Education. She has also received certificates in Public Economics and Data Analytics. She received her M.Ed. in Higher Education from the University of Dayton.  Email Rebecca or call 513.891.4016 x315
