Martha Stephen
Chief of Staff: Martha Carroll Stephen joined the Partnership Center in the fall of 2013. Martha’s responsibilities with PCL include managing human resources, billing and finance, oversight of building operations, communications, creating and maintaining processes for organizational management, and works on special projects.
Martha's prior work was as the Director of Communication for a local school district for 8 years. Martha has worked in both the corporate and non-profit sectors in a variety of roles including Executive Director of a school foundation, and over 14 years with a large department store as both a Manager of Planning and Buyer. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati, College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning with a Bachelor’s degree in design. Email Martha or call 513.891.4016 x312
