VESTA® Training Classes in the Greater Cincinnati Area

Are you responsible for running reports in VESTA?
The Partnership Center offers classes to VESTA users in the Greater Cincinnati area to help you get the most out of your VESTA data.

If you would like to register for a class, click on the registration form.

Cancellation Policy: If you are not able to attend the training class, please notify PCL at least 24 hours prior to class or your agency will be charged a $25.00 no-show fee.

Our classes are primarily offered in person to provide a hands-on learning experience. If you are unable to attend in person, please contact us at techsupport@partnershipcenter.net to see about the possibility of scheduling a separate online training.

Vesta Class
Intro to Reports

Do you want to know more about reports: using filters, how the reporting icons can help you, using the sorting arrow, when to use aggregate and detail modes?

Would you like to know more about: data relationships, identifying data points, how to read reports, understanding and analyzing the report results?

This training class will help you master the reports available to you in VESTA! The class is open to VESTA Users with Power or Supervisor User Levels. It is a prerequisite to the Advanced Data User Academy (Flexo) training.

This class is 90 minutes in length.
10:00 AM - 11:30 AM

The Intro to Reports class is offered for Greater Cincinnati VESTA users on the following dates:
  • Thursday, February 13, 2025
  • Thursday, April 17, 2025
  • Tuesday, June 17, 2025
  • Thursday, August 14, 2025
  • Thursday, October 16, 2025
  • Thursday, December 11, 2025

Vesta Class
Flexo: Report Building

Flexo Training Prerequisites:
  • VESTA user for at least 6 months
  • Approval of the agency Executive Director
  • Completion of Intro to Reports, with at least a score of 85% on the class post-test

The course is 5 hours in length from 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM and lunch is provided.

The class fee is $50.00 and must be paid in advance of the class.

The Flexo: Report Building class is offered for Greater Cincinnati VESTA users on the following dates:
  • Wednesday, February 26, 2025
  • Thursday, May 15, 2025
  • Thursday, November 13, 2025
