Michelle Budzek
Michelle Budzek is the founder and longtime leader of The Partnership Center. During her tenure with PCL, Michelle played a significant role in the development of homelessness programs, systems, and partnerships in Cincinnati and nationally. She was instrumental in supporting the development and growth of the Cincinnati/Hamilton County’s Continuum of Care infrastructure and establishing the nonprofit organization that ultimately became the Unified Funding Agency for the CoC. Her work with PCL also included extensive involvement in HUD technical assistance including establishing the National HMIS Data Lab, homelessness policy, program development, and community collaboration.
Although retired from her full-time role with PCL, Michelle remains available to contribute her experience and institutional knowledge to selected projects and consulting opportunities. Email Michelle to get in touch.
